  • Sales: Sales Manager manages the Sales department which consists of a team of highly qualified Sales Engineers and Sales Representatives. The Sales department targets customers like governmental departments, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, building owners/developers, industrialists, architects and individual end users.
  • Design: An Engineer (Technical Manager) manages the design department which consists of design engineers and Draughtsman. The design department provides the essential design and technical details.
  • Installation: The installation department is managed by an Engineer (Installation Manager) and consists of several teams of Technicians and Helpers. The installation department executes the drawings prepared by the design department; it covers the complete installation work, which includes piping, commissioning and preliminary handing over to the Client.
  • Maintenance: The MEP maintenance department is managed by an Engineer (Service Manager) and consists of several teams of Technicians and Helpers. The MEP maintenance takes care of all the MEP maintenance problems of the units and projects executed by OPAL FINISHING CO.
  • Accessories and Spare parts: This department is managed by an Engineer (Sales Manager) and consists of Sales Executives and Showroom Staff.
  • Stores & Stocks: The stores and stocks department is managed by experienced storekeeper and consists of several employees. They control the smooth flow of equipment, accessories, tools and spare parts to all the concerned departments.
  • Accounting: The accounting department, managed by experienced Accountants, controls the whole accounting procedure of the Company and prepares the necessary documents and reports. Moreover, they manage the Personnel Division of the Company
  • General Secretariat and Centralized data processing: This department is managed by a computer expert and consists of several Executive Secretaries and Operators. They process all the necessary Company data, take care of all the Company correspondences, documents and prepare the necessary reports.
